  2. What are the key deliverables or milestones for your project?

  3. Break down your project into smaller tasks. What are the steps you need to take to complete each milestone?

  4. What is your timeline for completing each task and milestone? Be specific with dates.

  5. Who are the stakeholders in your project? What are their roles and responsibilities?

  6. What resources do you need to complete your project (e.g., time, money, tools, people)?

  7. What risks might you encounter in your project? How can you mitigate these risks?

  8. How will you track your progress and measure success throughout the project?

  9. What are the potential challenges you might face during the project, and how will you address them?

  10. What are the contingency plans if something goes wrong?

  11. How will you stay organized and keep track of deadlines and tasks?

  12. What are the first three steps you need to take to kick off your project?

  13. How will you ensure effective communication with your team or stakeholders throughout the project?
